«Opening of a New Exhibition Area in Pompeii»
The archaeological park will remain open for Easter, but with a major novelty. From the entrance at Piazza Anfiteatro, walking through the green pathway flanked by the ancient tombs of the Porta Nocera necropolis, you reach a unique place that, like others in Pompeii, is filled with sacredness and compassion. This is the exhibition area of some casts of victims of the eruption, found near the ancient Porta di Nocera. This area is now accessible to the public, thanks to the completion of maintenance and restoration operations.
The Archaeological Park of Herculaneum Open at Easter
The park will be open from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm (last entry at 6:00 pm) and invites you to experience the "Slow" visit mode in the pomegranate garden of the House of the Relief of Telephus: here it is possible to relax on deck chairs reading volumes in different languages.
The Edenlandia Amusement Park
The fun starts on Saturday, March 30, with Eden Lab, an innovative format of creativity and leisure for children. The entertainment continues also on Sunday, March 31, with two themed days featuring special activities, a special welcome at PalaEden, a creative workshop with animators, and a grand finale show.
«A Cultural and Culinary Dive at the Mute Museum»
An Easter at the museum, with typical dishes of Neapolitan cuisine, accompanied by an immersive experience for those who love art and rediscover the origins of what they taste. From appetizer to dessert, at the Mute Museum in via Bracco 51 in Naples, guests will be guided through a cultural and culinary journey.
The Easter day menu includes: a ricotta canapé with herbs accompanied by sparkling wine, Easter pie, Campanian salami and cheeses, salted ricotta, tortano. It continues with lamb ragù ravioli and porcini mushroom pappardelle and the traditional second course that cannot be missed: "O' Rot o' furn", laticauda lamb with peas and potatoes. Moreover, a Marchigiana roll stuffed with cooked ham, provola cheese from Monti Lattari with a side of farmer's potatoes. It concludes beautifully with Neapolitan pastiera.
City of Science «to discovery and traditions»
For Easter, the museum awaits visitors with a special program dedicated to the discovery of curiosities, traditions, and customs about the most important spring holiday. Sunday, March 31, will start with the interactive workshop that will allow to reproduce "The hatching" of an egg in animated version, using a common clothespin as a base. The bee workshop will be the opportunity to create beautiful natural candles with beeswax, while the Easter Hologram will guide the public in discovering how holograms work and how to build a projector to make one.
And still the fascinating "Science Show", eggs of all tastes, bouncing eggs, floating eggs, and colored eggs star in an unmissable show.
