Elena Salzano, an entrepreneur from Salerno and CEO of the company Incoherences, has been appointed as the representative for Campania by the Bellisario Foundation. In 1989, from an idea by Lella Golfo, the Marisa Bellisario Foundation was born. The goal is to support women in their professional and personal lives, to valorize their merit and talent, to promote female careers, to raise public awareness, institutions, and the economy to achieve conditions of real equal opportunities. The entrepreneur from Salerno, born in 1972, specializes in events, integrated communication, and merchandising. She received the Women Value Company Award promoted by the Bellisario Foundation and by Intesa San Paolo, and Forbes Italy named her among the 100 women who represent the best of Italy in terms of women. Among other things, she is on the National Executive Board of FERPI (Italian Public Relations Federation) and President of the Board of Directors of Ferpi Servizi srl, is a Councilor of the Executive Committee of the Plural Female Committee of Confindustria Salerno, and is President of the Salerno Sailing Club.
