Wednesday, January 31, at the Off Gallery, the exhibition “Haravec | The experiments of the Prince of Sansevero in the illustrations of Daniela Pergreffi” opens, organized by the Sansevero Chapel Museum.
More than two centuries later, the genius of Raimondo di Sangro is still a great interest and has inspired the illustrator Daniela Pergreffi in the creation, with mixed technique, of 14 illustrations on the prince's inventions. The artist, starting from literary sources, has developed personal images with a dreamlike and evocative atmosphere.
The exhibition is hosted in the Off Gallery space on Raimondo di Sangro street. At the same time, within the nave of the Sansevero Chapel, the illustration of the Maritime Carriage will be displayed, alongside the original eighteenth-century engraving.
