Under the scrutiny of the checks were undeclared labor and electricity theft. During the operations, the Carabinieri reported the sole administrator of a company managing a bar in via Marconi. Violations were found regarding the lack of medical examination of the workers and their omitted training.
A similar fate for the owner of another bar at Piazza della Repubblica. The man was reported for not providing periodic medical check-ups for his employees and their omitted training. The two entrepreneurs face sanctions totaling more than 26,000 euros. The checks, as mentioned, also involved the technical staff of Enel and for this reason 3 people, all residing in three separate apartments in via Mazzini, have been reported. The suspects had made illegal connections directly to the public network. The financial damage is being assessed.
