Yesterday afternoon, the agents of the Mobile Squad and the San Giovanni - Barra Police Station, carried out an extraordinary control service, during which they searched the house of a man in the San Giovanni- Barra area.
Hidden in an envelope, the agents found 51,350 euros. Suspicious, the police therefore extended the control activity also to a place used by the man. Here they found, well hidden in duffel bags, 105.6 kg of hashish and 39.5 kg of marijuana with a retail market value of over one and a half million euros and 4 pistols, which turned out to be stolen.
For these reasons, the 40-year-old Neapolitan, already subjected to the alternative measure of semi-freedom, was arrested for illegal possession of drugs, illegal possession of weapons and receiving stolen goods.
