Extraordinary Control Operation on School Transport Vehicles in Giugliano-Villaricca

Yesterday, officers from the Giugliano-Villaricca police station, with the help of local police, carried out an extraordinary service aimed at controlling vehicles used for school transport. During the service, the police checked two vehicles and found that both were without the title prescribed by the competent authorities and, for this reason, both drivers were administratively sanctioned for unauthorized exercise of the activity with the suspension of circulation for two months. In addition, they were charged with two violations of the Highway Code for failure to carry out periodic revision and alteration of the vehicle's constructive characteristics and for transporting a number of people greater than that indicated in the vehicle registration document.
