Fatal Car Accident Claims Life of 57-Year-Old in Caiazzo

Today, around 5:30 PM, an accident claimed the life of a 57-year-old. A team of firefighters from the Provincial Command of Caserta, specifically from the Piedimonte Matese detachment, intervened on Sp 325 in the municipality of Caiazzo, San Giovanni and Paolo district, for a road accident involving only one car. Upon their arrival at the scene, the firefighters found the vehicle that, after overturning, ended its run in the middle of the road, with its occupant, a 57-year-old, trapped inside the cockpit. The firefighters immediately extracted the injured man and handed him over to the care of the 118 emergency services present on the scene with an ambulance, which, unfortunately, could only confirm his death. The intervention is still ongoing, and the firefighters are securing the vehicle for subsequent recovery.
