Fatal Collision Between Car and Heavy Vehicle on Fondo Valle Isclero State Road

A head-on collision between a car and a heavy vehicle: one person dead. The accident occurred along the "Fondo Valle Isclero" state road; it is currently closed to traffic in both directions, in the section corresponding to km 13,800, in Dugenta in the province of Benevento. Traffic is being diverted with mandatory exit at the Sant'Agata de' Goti interchange for those coming from Maddaloni in the direction of Telese-Benevento (at km 14,400) and with mandatory exit at the Mellizzano interchange (at km 7,800) for those coming from Telese-Benevento in the direction of Maddaloni. Anas teams, 118 emergency services, and law enforcement officers are on site to manage the event and regulate traffic, in order to allow the restoration of regular circulation as soon as possible.
