Ferrarelle's Ongoing Support for the Telethon Foundation at the Walk of Life Event

Ferrarelle Società Benefit – the fourth player in the mineral water sector in Italy -, confirms its historic support for the Telethon Foundation on the occasion of the thirteenth edition of the Telethon Walk of Life Naples, the event organized by the Telethon Foundation ETS that since 2012 aims to offer a message of hope to those fighting against a rare genetic disease. The commitment of Ferrarelle Società Benefit and the Telethon Foundation, deeply anchored in shared values and a strong sense of social responsibility, today reaches its thirteenth consecutive year, demonstrating a common path for a cause of vital importance, joining forces in the name of science, solidarity, and hope. Ferrarelle Società Benefit has always been alongside the Telethon Foundation ETS and the Walk of Life, the solidarity race that invites thousands of people every year to the cry of 'Together we make research run towards the cure.' A moment of commitment for the communities and not only: in line with Ferrarelle Società Benefit's commitment to sustainability, the marathon also becomes an opportunity to create awareness regarding the protection of the planet and the importance of the proper disposal of plastic bottles (PET). Within the framework of the Walk of Life, the Sustainability Village of Ferrarelle Società Benefit will come to life for the first time: a place of learning with educational and entertainment moments related to the importance of recycling and making a difference through small sustainable actions. Along the marathon route, moreover, signs will be placed encouraging participants to properly dispose of empty bottles in the appropriate containers and to incentivize this eco-friendly practice, every bottle disposed of correctly will be rewarded with a coupon that will allow sipping a Ferrarelle Orangeade at the end of the course. The Walk of Life will take place on Sunday, April 21 starting at 9.00 AM in Piazza del Plebiscito with the possibility of participating in a competitive 10 km race or a non-competitive 3km walk.
