Fmts Group Champions Employee Well-being with Unobravo's Online Psychology Services

Putting people first. Fmts Group bets on Unobravo, the online psychology service, to carry forward the promise launched in the summer, with the choice to become a Benefit Corporation, giving centrality to corporate humanism and to a constructive balance between private life and work. The journey consists of five free sessions, to be carried out remotely. The formula, more than tested, simplifies the organization of the personal agendas of individual employees. After completing an initial questionnaire, Unobravo matches each employee with the most suitable professional for needs, personality affinities, and preferences: this is not a minor aspect because it can happen that patients get discouraged in front of a not positive session or a lack of affinity with their therapist, or simply, do not know who to turn to. The clinical team is composed of over 5,000 professionals; the core team, of about 250 people. Since 2022 Unobravo is a Benefit Corporation. The project to offer a corporate listening desk is also the result of the work of Fmts Community which, over the course of these months, has met with employees from different areas and branches, collecting their requests.
