From Circular to Spherical Economy: Innovation, Sustainability, Humanism

On March 21st, the Faculty of Economics of the University of Naples Federico II will host the seminar "From Circular to Spherical Economy: Innovation, Sustainability, Humanism". The seminar will feature the wise manager, international author and speaker Oscar Di Montigny, and Marianna Manfrino of Grateful Foundation ETS, a third-sector organization dedicated to disseminating the principles of the Spherical Economy, an economic model created by Di Montigny based on the value of gratitude and the awareness of the centrality of the individual and their deepest aspirations that should guide them throughout their existence. The main topic of the seminar will be the unprecedented global crisis, analyzing how climate change, pollution, depletion of natural resources, and social inequalities severely challenge the current economic model. It will discuss the necessity of uniting for a common cause and the fundamental role that conscious innovators can play, capable of acting with an entrepreneurial spirit, paying attention to the increasingly pressing ecological issue. This will be discussed during the seminar "From Circular to Spherical Economy: Innovation, Sustainability, Humanism", held as part of the Sustainability Management course at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Naples. The seminar is aimed at all those interested in actively participating in the creation of a new economic model that pays attention to human responsibility. A model that not only respects the environment and promotes social justice but is also capable of generating sustainable growth for future generations.
