Heavy Sentences Requested in Anti-Mafia Trial

For Armando Aprile 25 years in prison, for Livia Forte 24 years in prison. These are the requests made by the Anti-Mafia prosecutor Woodcock at the end of the closing arguments in the Aste Ok trial. The requests are also heavy for other defendants such as Damiano Genovese (14 years) and the white-collar criminals Barone and Formisano (14 and 17 years). The prosecutor has asked to reclassify in the sentence for Aprile, Forte, Formisano, and Barone the charge from participation to organizer of the criminal association.
