New high-energy efficiency homes for the urban regeneration of Taverna del Ferro, one of the historic settlements of public residential construction in Naples: this is the avant-garde project of the Municipality, which started on January 29 with the re-delivery of the garages, the first area that will be affected by the demolition and where the first new residences will rise.
The inhabitants had been invited by the municipality to voluntarily re-deliver the parking spaces to allow respect for the work schedule. From yesterday, therefore, the operations to take back possession of the parking spaces and the handover of the construction site to the company in charge of the work began, also thanks to the collaboration of the residents.
In these days the construction site area will be entirely fenced and the demolition phase will begin.
On the same day, the Municipality distributed a brochure with the project information to each family in Taverna del Ferro, informing them of the direct communication channels that the administration has set up to keep the population updated, such as the dedicated page on the Municipality's website and the whatsapp channel with all the updates on the project.
