House Arrest and Electronic Surveillance for a 41-year-old Man in Scafati for Stalking Ex-Partner

This morning, in Scafati, as part of an operation conducted by the Carabinieri of the Mercato San Severino station, a precautionary custody order was carried out in the form of house arrest, with the application of an electronic monitoring device, on the orders of the judge for preliminary investigations of the Nocera Inferiore court, at the request of the Prosecutor's Office. The measure was taken following a request made by the local prosecutor's office against a 41-year-old individual, accused of behaviors amounting to the crime of 'stalking' against his ex-partner.
