Illegal Building Activities Lead to Multiple Charges in Pimonte

The Carabinieri of the Pimonte station have reported a 47-year-old local woman with no previous criminal record for illegal building activities. On her property, she had constructed, without authorization, two concrete ramps, a retaining wall, and excavated an area of about 150 square meters. Furthermore, a stable made of concrete blocks, a structure of sheet metal, and a dirt courtyard with fencing and a concrete platform were built. Around the illegal structures, waste and old uprooted shrubs were piled up; the area has been seized, and the woman has been reported. The same fate befell two brothers aged 62 and 64. During an inspection by the Carabinieri at a construction site in Via Apuzzo, ongoing works without municipal authorization and in an area subject to environmental restrictions were detected. These works were also sealed off.
