An illegal micro-nursery for children up to three years old was discovered in an apartment in the historic center by officers of the Municipal Police, operational unit for the protection of social emergencies and minors.
Inside the facility, there were 9 children, all under 36 months, gathered in a single room of about 25 square meters; the children were also given meals without the necessary municipal authorization.
The owner was subjected to an administrative fine and ordered the immediate cessation of the micro-nursery activity. The white helmets will also report the illegal nursery to the Naples municipality's education department for further penalties.
