Thirteen notices of the conclusion of preliminary investigations of the inquiry into the Alto Calore on training courses. The investigation concerns the phantom courses at Alto Calore, which led to the resignation of the sole administrator Michelangelo Ciarcia after the interdictory measure. Among the 13 recipients of the notice of conclusion of the preliminary investigations are Michelangelo Ciarcia, the collaborator of the office of the Presidency of Alto Calore Pantaleone Trasi, Gerardo Santoli, owner of the company providing the training courses, and Raffaele Castagnozzi, who was a consultant for Alto Calore.
