49-Year-Old Italian Arrested for Counterfeiting and Organized Crime

The State Police of Caserta have arrested a 49-year-old Italian, wanted for a sentence of 7 and a half years of imprisonment. Following the issuance of the arrest warrant by the Office of Criminal Executions of the General Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Appeal of Naples, the Mobile Squad carried out activities aimed at locating the man. He was traced to a residence located in the province of Matera. The individual, with numerous specific precedents, was convicted for being part of a criminal association, operating between the provinces of Naples and Caserta, aimed at counterfeiting banknotes and introducing them into the market. Following the formalities, the person was taken to the prison of Matera.
