Launch of the First Regional Public Reference Center for Vulvodynia Treatment at Luigi Vanvitelli University Hospital in Naples

The first regional public reference center for the treatment of vulvodynia has been established at the Luigi Vanvitelli University Hospital in Naples. This center of excellence aims to take care of patients forced to live with a condition that is little talked about, but has serious repercussions on the quality of life. The activities of the center will be presented on Friday, March 8 at 3:00 PM by Prof Pasquale De Franciscis (Director of the OUC gynecology and obstetrics AOU L. Vanvitelli) and Dr. Maria Teresa Schettino (Center's reference for the treatment of vulvodynia) in the Aula degli Affreschi of the Sant’Andrea delle Dame educational complex (via L. De Crecchio, 7 Naples). Among others, the event will see the participation of Professor Gianfranco Nicoletti (Magnificent Rector of the University of Campania L. Vanvitelli), Dr. Ferdinando Russo (General Director A.O.U. L. Vanvitelli), Dr. Pasquale Di Girolamo Faraone (Medical Director A.O.U. L. Vanvitelli) and Dr. Pietro Buono (General Directorate for Health Protection and SSR Coordination - Campania Region).
