Light Explosion at Pinetamare Institute: The 'To Be Light' Video Installation

Light explosion at the Pinetamare Institute of Castel Volturno, the video installation 'To Be Light' was projected. Last night, at the Comprehensive Institute Pinetamare on Viale delle Acacie in the Coppola Village in Castel Volturno, the video installation 'To Be Light' by the artist Clarice Peri Rezende came to life. The event was attended by the mayor Luigi Umberto Petrella, his deputy Federica Tamburrino, the municipal councilor Pasquale Santagata, the school headmaster Vincenzo Maiorca, as well as many citizens. The author of the work, Clarice Peri Rezende, is a student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, who, as a graduation project, is creating 'Site-specific' public art interventions. The artist saw a potential rebirth in the building located in the Coppola Village, on which the video installation was projected. The project involved the students of the Comprehensive Institute Pinetamare who, through drawings but also thoughts, expressed their idea of the territory of Castel Volturno. In the video, a mix of colors and lines represent the graphic sign of the children; a very simple gesture made by the young students who represent the future of the city.
