Local Bar in Frignano Shut Down for 20 Days by Carabinieri

In Frignano, the carabinieri of the local station have served a 'ex art. 100 tulps' order against a 32-year-old local, ordering the closure of his bar for twenty days. The measure stemmed from numerous checks carried out by the carabinieri inside that commercial establishment where, on more than one occasion, the presence of individuals with numerous police records was noted, sometimes even found in possession of narcotics. In the past, the same commercial establishment had been found to have structural and documentary hygienic-sanitary deficiencies, and its owner was warned to remove the non-conformities found, as well as being administratively fined for the installation of functioning devices without authorization for public use. The license for the same bar had already been suspended in 2023.
