Man Assaults Doctor and Nurse in Naples After Disagreeing With Diagnosis

In disagreement with the healthcare professionals' diagnosis, a man assaulted the doctor and the nurse of the 118 emergency service who had just assisted him: it happened in Naples, where the Carabinieri of the mobile unit were forced to intervene in Vico Santa Maria della Neve for an assault against ambulance staff. According to a preliminary reconstruction, a 64-year-old man from Naples had requested assistance from the 118 service due to a sudden illness. At the end of the visit, because he disagreed with the healthcare professionals' diagnosis, he pushed and kicked the doctor and the nurse of the crew. The man has been reported for violence against a public official and interruption of public service.
