Man Fined for Towing a Stroller with a Scooter in Avellino City Center

The motor vehicle was subjected to administrative detention, and the investigations carried out also led to reporting the incidents to the Juvenile Court of Naples, despite it being ascertained that there was no child inside the stroller.
