Memorandum of Understanding for Public Procurement Document Sharing to be Signed Tomorrow

A memorandum of understanding for the sharing of documents on public procurement will be signed tomorrow at 10.30 am in the offices on the fourth floor of the Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere. It is a pact aimed at ensuring the protection of the productive circuit of the province of Caserta. The signature will be signed between the representatives of the Prefecture, the court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, the Chamber of Commerce and the Municipality of Santa Maria Capua Vetere to avoid illicit collusion in public procurement and protection on the front of the fight against organized crime. It is an experimental protocol that will involve only the Municipality of Santa Maria Capua Vetere with the hope that it can also be spread to other local authorities.
