Milan Court Acquits Entrepreneur in Major Insurance Fraud Case

The single judge of the Milan Court, Marchegiani, accepting the arguments of lawyer Vittorio Fucci, has acquitted entrepreneur Vincenzo Pennino, 40, from Apollosa. The latter was accused of a significant insurance fraud based on a detailed body of evidence. The Public Prosecutor's Office of Milan had requested a sentence of 3 years in prison for Pennino. However, the judge had a different opinion, resulting in the acquittal with the comprehensive formula because the fact does not exist.
