Mother and Daughter Fraudulently Claim Inclusion Benefit Despite House Arrest

Despite the cohabiting daughter being the recipient of the house arrest measure, the two women continued to receive, for the months of January and February of this year, the inclusion benefit issued by the INPS, failing to report the new preventing condition. This is what was discovered by the Carabinieri of the Roccamonfina station, who ascertained the undue perception of the emolument amounting to 2,200 euros. The 63-year-old mother and the 37-year-old daughter, the latter reached on March 7 of last year by a precautionary custody order under house arrest as she was deemed responsible, along with 13 other people, for an association dedicated to the illicit trafficking of drugs, possession with the intent of dealing, and money laundering in competition, have been reported in a state of freedom. They will have to answer for the undue perception of the inclusion check.
