A car flies off the road into a ravine, causing fear along Provincial Road 99 between Frigento and Sturno. A 45-year-old woman, who was driving the car, and her 12-year-old son were injured in the accident. They were in the car that, after skidding, ended up in the ravine, overturning.
The firefighters from the Grottaminarda detachment were the ones who rescued the mother and son and handed them over to the 118 health workers. Both needed to be hospitalized. The Carabinieri were on the scene to carry out all the necessary investigations to reconstruct the dynamics of the accident. The firefighters made the area safe.
