Municipal Council Approves Temporary Regulation for Public Land Use and Debts Recognition

The Municipal Council this morning unanimously approved the policy directive for the temporary regulation of public land occupation by food service establishments, amendments and integrations to the municipal council's regulations, and the establishment of a Guardian for the disabled person with its regulation. Two off-budget debts were also approved with 20 votes in favor and 11 against. The final part of the council session was dedicated to the debate on the financial disorder of the Entity and the issue of odors.
