The city council, chaired by Mayor Clemente Mastella, has approved the final project for the enhancement of the archaeological area of the Arco del Sacramento. The intervention is part of the National Plan for Complementary Investments-Strategic Investment Plan on Cultural Heritage sites, with resource allocation on the investment line 'Regina Viarum'.
The intervention, which involves the enhancement of existing artifacts (through a new lighting system and information totems) and the restoration of the use of the arena with flooring and fire prevention for suitability to host shows, is financed with resources amounting to 300 thousand euros.
