Naples Academic World Celebrates Cesare de Seta with a Special Event

The Neapolitan academic world celebrates Cesare de Seta, a master of the School of Architecture in Naples, with a detailed event. The event is scheduled for Monday, April 15, 2024, at 4 p.m., in the Aula Magna of the Department of Architecture of the University of Naples Federico II, located in via Monteoliveto, for the presentation of the volume dedicated to Cesare de Seta edited by professors Alfredo Buccaro, Leonardo Di Mauro, and Massimo Visone, published by 'Arteym'. The event for Cesare de Seta, one of the most important architecture scholars in Italy, will begin with greetings from Matteo Lorito, Rector of the University Federico II, Arturo De Vivo, head of the Scuola Superiore Meridionale, Michelangelo Russo, director of the Department of Architecture, Lorenzo Capobianco, president of the Order of Architects Planners, Landscapers, and Conservators of Naples and its Province. Following, there will be a presentation of the volume on Cesare de Seta with speeches by Carlo Olmo, from the Polytechnic University of Turin, Cettina Lenza, from the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli, Pierluigi Leone de Castris, from the University Suor Orsola Benincasa. The proceedings, coordinated by Salvatore Di Liello, from Federico II, will feature the emeritus professor Cesare de Seta and the volume's editors Buccaro, Di Mauro, and Visone.
