Naples Carabinieri Execute Arrest Warrant for Aggravated Robbery Suspect

During the morning of March 26, personnel from the Naples Capodimonte Carabinieri station carried out a precautionary custody order issued by the Naples Court, related to an investigation coordinated by the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office, against a subject deemed to be under serious investigation for committing an aggravated robbery offense. The investigative activity stemmed from a complaint filed in February by a citizen over sixty-five years old who was aboard a city bus line when he noticed a man rummaging through his pockets with the intention of stealing his wallet. The victim attempted to recover it, without success, thus deciding to file a complaint. At this juncture, he provided essential details that allowed for the absolute certainty in identifying the perpetrator of the crime, a subject already burdened by numerous criminal records.
