Naples Incident: Man Arrested for Attacking Police Vehicle with a Spiked Wooden Bat

Last evening, officers from the Vicaria-Mercato police station noticed an individual who, with a spiked wooden bat, was attempting to hit the mirror of a parked police car, damaging it. The officers, promptly intervening, not without difficulty and after a struggle, disarmed and restrained the said individual. For these reasons, the suspect, a 25-year-old native of Palma Campania with a police record, was arrested for assault, resisting a public official, and aggravated damage to public property.
