Naples Incident: Man Arrested for Domestic Abuse and Resisting Arrest

Last night, officers from the Vicaria Mercato Police Station, during their territorial control service, following a report to the local Operations Room, intervened in the Mercato area for a report of a nuisance person. The officers were approached by two women, one of whom recounted that her father had threatened her and attempted to assault her shortly before; the other, an ex-partner, told the officers that, on previous occasions, the man had exhibited threatening and violent behavior towards her as well. Not far away, the police reached and stopped the suspect; the latter, in a clear state of psychophysical alteration, once taken to the police offices, began to rail against them until, not without difficulty, he was restrained. Therefore, the 41-year-old man from Naples with a police record was arrested for domestic abuse and resistance to a Public Official.
