Naples Local Police Crack Down on Sea Pollution from Kiosk

The Naples Local Police, Chiaia operational unit, together with technical staff from Abc, have ascertained that the owner of a kiosk/chalet on via Caracciolo was discharging dishwashing wastewater into the sea. Further investigations are also underway by Abc technicians regarding the legality of the connection to the water network. To stop the polluting discharge, the Local Police have placed the kiosk under criminal seizure and reported the owner of the business to the judicial authorities, while the staff from Abc proceeded to seal the water meter pending checks.
