Naples Passenger's Wheelchair Lost After Flight from Miami

The story of Alfonso Catalano, the 27-year-old from Naples who was left without a wheelchair upon returning from a trip from Miami with a stop in Istanbul, had made the news. After internal investigations, Gesac wanted to make its position known and above all the activities of Capodichino airport in similar cases. "At the end of the thorough investigations conducted by Gesac on the assistance provided to Mr. Alfonso Catalano and after having personally met the passenger, Gesac clarifies that the assistance was provided adequately and in accordance with standards," reads the statement.
