The Police Commissioner of Naples has implemented three bans on attending sports events (Daspo), prepared and arranged by the Anti-crime Police Division of the Police Headquarters, lasting five years, against three people, aged between 34 and 45 years old, who, shortly before the football match Turris - Nocerina held last August 20th at the "A. Liguori" stadium, had set off several firecrackers causing injury to a State Police officer.
Another provision, lasting two years, was adopted against a Neapolitan fan who, at the end of the Napoli - Milan match held at the "Maradona" stadium last October 29th, was responsible for throwing a bottle towards the guest sector and, for this reason, had been reported for throwing dangerous material during sports events.
Finally, two daspos, for periods of three and four years, were issued against two other people, one of whom was convicted for the crimes of aggravated kidnapping, attempted aggravated extortion, illegal possession and carrying of aggravated weapons, illegal possession of clandestine weapons, illegal possession of narcotic substances, carrying of weapons or objects capable of offending and illegal possession of ammunition.
