Naples Police Swiftly Aid Family in Emergency at Airport

Officers of the airport operational unit of the local police in Naples intervened to assist a family in difficulty in the airport area. At about 9:30 AM, near the Viale Fulco Ruffo di Calabria roundabout, the officers were approached by a white Ford CMax whose driver, accompanied by his wife and their nine-month-old infant, requested urgent medical assistance for the child, who was suffering from a sudden illness. The officers, responding promptly to the situation, alerted the operational center and escorted the car to the emergency room of the Santobono hospital, ensuring a quick and safe transfer. At the emergency room, the little girl was immediately assisted and treated. It was found that the child suffers from epileptic seizures, already known to the healthcare professionals from previous episodes. After verifying the health conditions of the infant with the medical staff, it was confirmed that, thanks to the timely care received, the little girl was no longer in any danger and that the swift and effective intervention of the Naples Local Police officers contributed to ensuring the well-being of the involved family.
