New Investigation Branch in City Hall: Documents Acquired by Carabinieri

Documents on a new line of investigation in the city hall were acquired by the carabinieri of the investigative unit of the operational department of the Carabinieri of Avellino. In the evening, the offices of the municipal secretariat were visited where the carabinieri, on behalf of deputy prosecutor Vincenzo Toscano, carried out a series of checks and seized documents. The men of commander Amedeo Consales acquired paper material without, however, seizing acts or electronic devices. The visit of the military lasted for several hours and concerned the offices directed by the general secretary Vincenzo Lissa. In particular, the investigation activity is linked to the in-depth analysis on the phantom resolutions, those never published by the municipal administration and which would have been at the base of a series of subsequent tender procedures. An affair that dates back to last summer when the first investigative activities began following the tenders for the assignment of services related to the summer concerts organized by the administration.
