Night of checks in the heart of Naples and in the hilly districts of Vomero and Arenella. The carabinieri of the Centro and Vomero companies were engaged.

The record goes to the center of Naples, where four knives and a knuckle duster were seized in just a few hours of checks. Three were found near the Umberto I gallery where, at three different times, a 21-year-old from Cercola, a 20-year-old from Pollena Trocchia and a 15-year-old Neapolitan were reported. Two switchblade knives and one folding knife were sealed. In Piazza Plebiscito, another 15-year-old and a 19-year-old got into trouble. The older one had a metal knuckle duster in the pockets of a large sweatshirt. The other one had a folding knife.
Not only weapons. The carabinieri of the Centro company, together with those of the Campania Regiment, reported a 26-year-old Neapolitan for interruption of public service: he parked his car near the small Sant'Aniello square in Caponapoli in a way that prevented an ambulance from passing during an emergency response. Two parkers reported in the bar area. A 23-year-old will answer for drug possession for the purpose of dealing. He had 22 grams of hashish ready to be sold. He was reported.
The soldiers of the Vomero company, together with those of the Naples mobile radio unit, also arrested a 20-year-old from Melito for drugs. In his pockets and at home a stick of hashish, about 16 grams of cocaine (27 doses) and 120 euros in cash considered illicit proceeds.
