The deputy chief then reached the state police training school in Caserta, where he held a master lecture for the attendees of the 225th course for trainee agents, in the presence of the school director, Alessandra Calvino, and the provincial leaders of the Carabinieri, the finance guard and the fire brigade. Addressing the 'protagonists of tomorrow's security', the prefect stressed the virtue of humility in being a 'policeman', at the service of citizens.
In response to the questions of the trainees, stimulated by the presence of the representative of the top of the public safety administration, he recommended 'networking', involving all the actors in the process of constructing the 'good of security', for whose realization a synergy between law enforcement and citizens, defined as the 'first bulwark of security', is necessary. The deputy chief, finally, expressed appreciation for the work so far carried out by the chief of police of Caserta, Andrea Grassi, underlining the thirty-year bond, for having carried out together activities of judicial police for the fight against organized crime, at the top of the central operational service, coordination structure of the mobile squads throughout the national territory.
