Palazzo Mosti, the city council has given the green light, with 20 votes in favor and 8 against, for the approval of the explanatory report on the management report and the draft of the financial statement for 2023. The financial statement closed with a final result of about 4 million in deficit due to provisions and earmarked funds; however, this was a significantly better outcome compared to last year.
The motivational report and the awarding of the urban hygiene service of the Municipality of Benevento to the historic in-house providing company Asia Benevento Spa were approved with 19 votes in favor and 8 abstentions.
Furthermore, the city council approved the act of recognition and acknowledgment of property to the condominium at Viale Atlantici 16 of an area incorporated into the municipal domain (16 votes in favor and 7 abstentions) and the concession of the surface right for a duration of 30 years on a rooftop owned by the municipality registered in the building register at map sheet 50, parcel 669 sub 7 hosting a telephony antenna in favor of the company Cellenex Italia Spa (17 votes in favor and 7 against). Finally, the council approved five off-budget debts.
