Paolo Aponte Elected as New President of the Notarial Council in Naples and Surrounding Districts

Paolo Aponte is the new president of the notarial council of the united districts of Naples, Torre Annunziata, and Nola. He succeeds Giovanni Vitolo who has held the position since 2019. Notary Aponte was elected by the council, which confirmed Roberto De Falco in the role of secretary and Paolo Guida as treasurer. Sixty-two years old, Aponte has been working in the notary profession since 1989, initially in Rapallo, then from 1992 in Naples, and from 2016 in Marano. A member of the Naples notarial council since 2011, he is a lecturer at the "Emanuele Casale" notarial school organized by the Naples notarial council, as well as a member of the ethics commission and the tax studies commission at the national notarial council.
