The councilor for Social Policies of the Municipality of Benevento, Carmen Coppola, announces that a public notice has been published aimed at forming a ranking for the assignment of sixteen places at the San Pasquale Elderly Home, located at number 5 Longobardi Street.
«The San Pasquale Elderly Home - explains the councilor for Social Policies Coppola - is a municipal structure entrusted to a private individual for a ten-year concession. The building has been completely renovated and upgraded and represents a concrete enhancement of the welfare offer for the elderly: the goal is to offer self-sufficient or partially self-sufficient over 65s, who by choice or necessity, leave their own home, a range of services that guarantees assistance, sociality, personal care and an adequate standard of quality of life».
The notice authorizes the operation of the structure for 16 places in double rooms with private bathroom. Over 65s, autonomous or semi-autonomous, primarily residents in the city of Benevento can apply for admission; those who - except for the same requirements - even if residing elsewhere, have relatives up to the third degree residing in Benevento; elderly residents outside Benevento. The application must be sent by 12 noon on 29th February by certified email to the address: servizisociali@pec.comunebn.it; by email: via certified email (Pec) to the address: casasanpasquale@comunebn.it; by hand delivery at the Citizen Services sector (University Avenue).
«The monthly fee to be paid to the manager is 1300 euros per month - concludes councilor Coppola - the concessionaire, in protection of the institutional and social purpose underlying the private initiative in question, has decided to apply a discount system: in particular, the first six in the ranking will pay 300 less for the first year. For couples, the fee drops, always limited to the first year, to 1200 euros per person».
