Radio Italia Live Concert Arrives in Naples for the First Time

«Radio Italia Live - The Concert» arrives for the first time in Naples. The event, completely free of charge, organized by Radio Italia in collaboration with the City Council, is scheduled for Thursday, June 27th in Piazza del Plebiscito. The announcement was made on the microphones of Radio Italia by the publisher and president Mario Volanti and by the mayor Gaetano Manfredi. Volanti is «happy that this square, a historic place for musical events, and the warmth of the Neapolitan public, will be able to share with us and all the participating artists a great evening of live music. The Radio Italia Live Orchestra directed by Bruno Santori will also be present at the Plebiscito». For Gaetano Manfredi «it is a great satisfaction for our administration and for the entire city to be able to host for the first time in Naples such an event of national importance, completely free of charge, which will attract thousands of fans of Italian music to the splendid Piazza del Plebiscito. The link between Naples and music, in all its forms and today through the contemporary languages of the new generations, is indissoluble: this great event by Radio Italia seals the leading role of our city at the national and international level». After the traditional start in Milan, in Piazza del Duomo, the caravan of national pop will move to Naples, chosen, almost at the last minute over Palermo. Thus enriching the list of concerts at the Plebiscito, which already saw as protagonists Gigi D'Alessio, Renato Zero, and Tropico.
