Renovation and Safety Upgrades for Aldo Moro Hospitality Institute in Montesarchio

The construction site for the safety measures, renovation, seismic adjustment, and energy efficiency improvement of the 'Aldo Moro' hospitality institute in Montesarchio has been handed over. This was announced in a statement by the president of the Province, Nino Lombardi. The intervention was funded by the European Union as part of the PNRR - Next Generation Program. For the Province, the construction manager, engineer Angelo Carmine Giordano, and the project manager, architect Gaetano Caporaso, have signed with the owner of the winning company of the tender, Co.Ge.I. srl, the minutes for the delivery of the works for €2,376,665.13. The contract between the parties stipulates that the works outlined in the executive project will last 219 days. Lombardi is satisfied: 'Today the works for the safety and renovation of the prestigious 'Aldo Moro' hospitality institute have been handed over to the contracting company, and I am pleased with this new intervention that we are starting for the entire community, especially for our young people and the teaching and administrative staff of the Sannio school. The Province is distinguishing itself for its ability to implement the programs that have been approved and included in the development planning for a better quality of service infrastructure.'
