Rescue of a Neglected Dog in a Sealed Garage

The forest rangers of Marcianise, along with the veterinary personnel of the Asl stray and equine service of Aversa, were drawn to the barking of a dog coming from a car garage closed by a roller shutter and with the interior lighting turned off, in a residential complex of Teverola. Upon locating the owner of the garage, who allowed access to the room, it was possible to ascertain the presence inside of a medium-sized female dog, with a white and brown coat, with the presence of feces on the floor, tied with a nylon ribbon (blind use), fixed to a nail. No trace of food. The dog also recognized its owner. In the garage, there was no device that allowed the air to be exchanged, unbreathable due to the bad smells coming from the feces. The dog was also found to be without an identification microchip. Given the criminal responsibilities that emerged against the owner of the dog in relation to the crime provided for in the matter of holding an animal in conditions incompatible with its nature and productive of severe suffering, the military entrusted the animal to a judicial custody to a dog boarding house and reported the owner.
