The precautionary measure was issued by the GIP at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of Nocera Inferiore.
The investigations, which started immediately after the victim's complaint, allowed the military to reconstruct the events and gather serious indications of guilt against the suspect who, not accepting the end of the sentimental relationship, began to mistreat the woman he lived with, forcing her to remove him from their home.
