Royal Palace of Caserta Joins Kid Pass Days with Family Events

The Royal Palace of Caserta joins the tenth edition of the "Kid Pass Days", an initiative that will be held throughout Italy tomorrow and Sunday, featuring a rich program of events for families. The Museum - in collaboration with the "Terra di Lavoro" school in Caserta - organizes for tomorrow, from 9 to 13, guided tours in the Royal Apartments for children and their families to tell about the network of Bourbon royal sites. The students of the "Terra di Lavoro" school in Caserta will welcome the younger visitors and will be guides of an experience at the Royal Palace of Caserta. The initiative, curated by the Education and Mediation Service of the Museum, is the result of an educational path that promotes - within the framework of the Transversal Skills and Orientation Courses (PCTO) signed by the Royal Palace of Caserta with local schools - the knowledge of the Bourbon royal sites. The project, part of the 2024 educational offer of the Royal Palace of Caserta, included a specific training calendar of lessons organized both at the Royal Palace of Caserta and at the participating schools and selected Bourbon royal sites. For the occasion, students are called to offer their hospitality at the Royal Palace of Caserta to peers and children, in order to strengthen civic sense, promote shared responsibility in preserving and enhancing cultural heritage, and transmit skills. The "Kid Pass Day" at the Royal Palace of Caserta is aimed at children and teenagers from 6 to 15 years old, accompanied by families. Participation in the activities is included in the cost of the museum ticket/subscription.
