School Transportation Vehicles Inspection Leads to Sanctions

Yesterday morning, the officers of the Giugliano-Villaricca Police Station conducted an extraordinary service aimed at checking school transportation vehicles. During the service, the police checked several vehicles and found that one of the drivers was circulating without the required authorizations and had also altered the construction characteristics of the vehicle by installing unapproved rear seats; therefore, he was penalized for improper use of the vehicle, with the simultaneous withdrawal of the registration certificate, and for having modified the construction characteristics of the vehicle; while the vehicle was subjected to administrative detention. Furthermore, another driver was caught driving with a license different from the one approved for that type of vehicle and, therefore, was also penalized with the administrative detention of the vehicle; finally, a third driver was penalized because he did not have the registration certificate and the license for the authorized exercise with him.
