Sunday is the second appointment of the musical series «Nevile Reid's Musical Salon» organized by the Ravello Foundation and dedicated to the young and most qualified ranks of today's concert and not only.
The protagonists of the matinée hosted in the auditorium of Villa Rufolo on February 25 (11:30 am) are the violin-piano duo, composed by Riccardo Zamuner and Emanuele Delucchi, with a program including Vitali's Chaconne, Sonata no.3 for violin and piano, op.45 by Grieg, Meditation op.42 no.1 by Tchaikovsky and Tzigane by Ravel. The virtuosity of the two young but already established performers, expressed in its different forms, violin, piano and chamber music, acts as a common thread.
Zamuner, born in 1997, like the pianist Miki Lubrano Lavadera, is a young musician trained at the state conservatory of music «San Pietro a Majella in Naples»; Delucchi, born in 1987, Ligurian by birth, lives and works in Milan. He trained with Canzio Bucciarelli, Riccardo Risaliti and Davide Cabassi, graduating in piano and composition. He gives solo recitals, with orchestra and in chamber formations in Italy and abroad, composes, teaches and gives music history lessons.
Access to the matinée is free for the resident public and upon payment of only the entrance ticket to Villa Rufolo for non-residents.
